Shelley helps social impact organizations improve their outcomes through learning strategy and human-centered design. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah where she enjoys hiking, yoga, live music, street art, and loving and learning from her family and her two dogs Tucker and Coppy.

She holds a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Global Development Practice from Harvard’s Extension School, and a M.Ed. in Education, Curriculum, and Instruction from Weber State University. She has expertise in training, human-centered design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), financial inclusion, humanitarian services, strategy and innovation.

Troy is a strategy and change consultant to Fortune 100 companies with over 27 years of experience. He has provided support to organizations in technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, consumer and product goods.
