Co-design Toolkit for Community Safety

ACT NOW is a national initiative that supports community groups and organizations working together to reimagine what their communities can become.  ACT NOW envisions an America where police and community collaborate on community safety. Together they address the root causes of poverty, systemic racism, and inequities in housing, healthcare, education, access to financial resources to promote Justice and the rule of Law. 

The Center for Design Kindness is developing a toolkit to help community action groups co-design solutions with their communities, with a special focus on co-design with vulnerable and traumatized populations. Case study coming soon.
