Founder and Chief Designer
Shelley helps social impact organizations improve their outcomes through learning strategy and human-centered design. She has expertise in training, art for social change, human-centered design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), financial inclusion, humanitarian services, strategy and innovation. Shelley Henson is also an artist with a focus on the intersections of nature, sustainability, belief, and social justice.
Armed with Masters degrees in Education from Weber State and Sustainable Development from Harvard, Shelley brings a wealth of context and depth to her artistic practice. She uses art and human-centered design as tools for social change, advocating for environmental justice, sustainability, and inclusivity. As an artist with an unseen but not unfelt disability, Shelley brings a unique perspective to her work, championing accessibility and representation within the art and social impact worlds.
She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah where she enjoys hiking, yoga, live music, street art, loving and learning from her family and her service dog Tucker.

Chief Operating Officer
Troy is a strategy and change consultant to Fortune 100 companies with over 27 years of experience. He has provided support to organizations in technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, consumer and product goods.
Troy has expertise in strategy, change leadership, agile development, operational excellence, organizational and project improvements, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain management.
Troy is also Shelley’s favorite older brother.
